This privacy policy applies to our online presence at remoterescue.net. All data found on the remoterescue.net website is subject to change without notice. We do not collect any visitor information that may identify a user’s name, address or other pertinent information. We do not offer a mailing list on the site or an ability to track any user who simply views these pages. Remote Rescue may use cookies at any time to personalize a viewer’s experience by customizing certain web pages or content.

When a call is made to our number we will collect information such as name, billing address and phone number for purposes of the tech support services rendered. This data is not sold to third parties and is only processed by Remote Rescue employees. We take every precaution possible to secure your data and prevent identity theft and data loss. We do not have user accounts online for our customers, we don’t collect passwords or personal and identifiable data. We use a trusted third party payment processor, Stripe, and do not store any billing or credit card information on our servers. All payment information is processed off-site, securely, through Stripe.

Remote Rescue Terms of Service
At Remote Rescue we take every precaution when working on your website. Before we make any changes to your website, we are aware of the risks of the changes and should we need to, we can revert back to a previous state using a backup.

Even with these precautions in place there is always a small risk of data loss. Remote Rescue assumes no legal responsibility or liability in the rare event that the removal process results in further damage to your website or server. We assume no liability for any income loss due to your website being offline for any period of time.

30 Day Guarantee
In the rare event that your website is re-infected within 30 days, we will provide the service again free of charge within that 30 day period.
